New Year celebration for children
The Osh State University rectorate, together with the trade union, organized the New Year holiday for the university employees’ children. About 500 children of university lecturers and employees under 12 years of age took part in the New Year celebration.
The holiday was opened by the university president Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, the chairman of the trade union Absamat Sattarov, and the vice-president for the student community Zhyldyz Artykova. The university president congratulated the children and wished them good health and a bright future.
The party was full of joy thanks to the songs and dances by talented students of the Art Department and primary education center "Zirek". The trade union presented sweets and special gifts to each child.
The New Year celebration for children has become a tradition at the university and takes place every year.
