Prevention of tuberculosis
March 24 - World Tuberculosis Day. In this regard, Osh State University, the Republican Center for Health Promotion, the Osh Regional TB Center, and the Red Crescent Society organized preventive activities in the Alymbek Datka Park in Osh.
They told about the disease, its causes, treatment and prevention. Specialists answered numerous questions and gave their practical advice. Also, special thematic books were distributed.
According to statistics, 5000 people were registered with tuberculosis in the republic in 2019, and 3000 in 2020.
