A 5^th year medical student Islam Dzhumabaev shared his impressions of the internship in Turkey.

“We completed an internship under the academic mobility program at the Sivas Cumhuriyet University. Our mentors were professors and associate professors working in hospitals.

During the first week of our stay, we got to know the patients and analyzed their health problems.

In the second week, we got acquainted with the doctors’appointments for the patients’ treatments.

During the third week, we learned about the ongoing operations and obtained the essential information. We had a chance to take part in operations as assistants.

At the end, we took an oral exam and were tested. We express our gratitude to the rectors of the two universities and the program coordinator Ainura Kulnazarova for the opportunity to do an internship in Turkey.”
