Meetings with first-year students are held at the faculties and colleges of Osh State University in accordance with the work schedule of the university’s women’s council as part of the adjustment period for freshmen. At these meetings, the rules concerning behavior in university environments and public places are brought to the students’ attention.

The women’s councils of the university’s structural divisions host similar local gatherings.
