International Day of Older Persons was marked at OshSU
In honor of International Day of Older Persons, Osh State University organized a celebratory dinner for over 500 elderly faculty members and students. This event was coordinated by the university's administration and the Professional Union.
Among the guests were elderly students, including individuals like Mamat Kulmatov, a third-year student from the Medical Faculty, and Zhambyl Kamchiev, a first-year student from the Faculty of Arts.
During the event, Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, the Rector of Osh State University, Absamat Sattarov, the Chairman of the Professional Union, Kapar Zulpukarov, the Chairman of the Veterans Council, and honorary retirees Salu Kerimov, Kurmanaly Matikeev, and Arap Anarbaev extended their heartfelt wishes for good health and longevity to all those who have dedicated their lives, youth, and efforts to serve Osh State University.
The event also featured a concert program presented by talented students from the Faculty of Arts at Osh State University.
