In celebration of its 85th anniversary, Osh State University plants 85 seedlings of white birch on the “Ak-Buura” campus grounds. This initiative, spearheaded by the university's rector, Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, aims to not only commemorate the university’s milestone but also to foster a commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
“Today, we planted 85 original seedlings of white birch on the campus to care for the future. We believe that even in 10-20 years, these seedlings we planted will symbolically commemorate the university's anniversary”, says rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov.
The tree planting ceremony saw enthusiastic participation from both faculty members and students of Osh State University.
