Guest Lecture by Ambassador Ruslan Kazakbaev on Kyrgyz-Turkish Diplomatic Relations at Osh State University
Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkey and Israel, former Minister of Foreign Affairs Ruslan Kazakbaev delivered a guest lecture at the Institute of Oriental Studies at Osh State University.
The guest lecture, organized in an online format, focused on the topic “Kyrgyz-Turkish Diplomatic Relations: History, Current State, and Future”. It was attended by students and the faculty of the university.
During the lecture, the guest posed questions about Turkey and promised to send special gifts on behalf of the embassy to students who answered the questions.
The Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, Associate Professor Zholdoshbek Butonayev, expressed gratitude to Ambassador Ruslan Kazakbaev.
