Tashkent hosts an international tourism festival
In Uzbekistan, the International Tourism Youth Festival 2024 is being held by the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent, the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, and the Tourism Development Institute.
The event is attended by lecturers, graduate students, and students of the Institute of Natural Sciences, Physical Education, Tourism, and Agricultural Technologies and the Faculty of Business and Management of Osh State University.
“The festival provides an exchange of experience in the field of tourism in the direction of teaching young people of different nations ecotourism, agritourism, gastronomy, pilgrimage tourism, and excursion activities. We strive to disseminate this experience in the future,” said Zhanarbek Sultanov, a festival participant and lecturer at Osh State University.
