On April 23, approximately 40 teachers from various colleges under Osh State University successfully completed a 72-hour training program focused on career guidance in the creative economy and were awarded certificates.

During the program, participants explored innovative and creative teaching methods. Seasoned trainers conducted hands-on master classes on idea generation and visual storytelling. Additionally, 50 students who took part in the workshops were awarded entry tickets to the Creaton competition.

This training was conducted within the framework of the Creaton: Education is the Main Driver of the Creative Economy initiative.

The program aims to equip students and educators in regional secondary specialized institutions with modern tools for career guidance in the creative sector.

Launched by the Ministry of Education and Science, the initiative is being implemented by GIZ (German Society for International Cooperation) in collaboration with the Republican Institute for Advanced Studies. Its mission is to broaden educational access, foster young people's creative potential, and motivate them to pursue careers in the creative industries.
