The institute trains specialists who meet the demands of the times — primary school teachers, educational methodologists, journalists, and artists. The aim is to train excellent teachers, journalists and highly educated specialists in the fields of art, music and design who are versatile, competitive and able to use new technologies in line with the requirements of the modern market economy.
The Institute of Pedagogy, Arts and Journalism employs highly qualified teachers who have undergone training in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, China, Korea, Japan, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Hungary, and others.
As part of the academic mobility programme, students and master's students of the institute travel to Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and others. They study and learn from the experience of other countries.
