A group from the Kulazhanov Kazakh University of Technology and Business (Astana), led by Senior Lecturer Galiya Akhmetova and Lecturer Nazgul Zhangeldina, visited Osh State University as part of an academic mobility program.
The delegation included eight students specializing in Tourism, Restaurant Management, and Hospitality.
During the short-term mobility program, the guests became acquainted with the facilities and academic resources of the Institute of Natural Sciences, Physical Culture, Tourism, and Agricultural Technologies at Osh State University.
The visiting lecturers delivered a guest lecture titled “Skills, Traditions, and Cultures of the Peoples of the World” and attended classes conducted by the institute’s faculty members. In addition, an excursion was organized to the Abshyr-Ata tourist area in the Nookat district.
The program took place from November 3 to 7. Its purpose was to strengthen international academic cooperation, exchange professional experience, and develop partnership relations between the universities.
