Faculty Participates in International Symposium on Finance and Digitalization
Representatives from the Institute of Economics, Business, and Management at Osh State University took part in the international symposium “Finance, Accounting, and Digitalization”, held on November 12–13 at Khazar University in Baku and Sumgait State University in Sumgait.
The two-day event focused on key topics such as the digitalization of the financial sector, new accounting standards, modern mechanisms to ensure economic stability, and strategies for strengthening inter-university academic and scientific cooperation.
Osh State University delegates actively contributed to the symposium by presenting papers and sharing their academic and practical expertise with colleagues from across the region.
The delegation from Osh State University included Associate Professors Gulzat Tashmurzaeva and Kurmanbek Ismanaliev of the Department of Finance and Banking, and Senior Lecturer Ulzana Islamova of the Department of Management and Marketing, under the leadership of Director Timur Israilov.
The participation of Osh State University faculty highlighted the university’s commitment to fostering international collaboration and staying at the forefront of developments in finance and accounting.
