University Lecturer Participates in Exchange Program in Moscow
Venera Surkeyeva, a lecturer at Osh State University, took part in an academic exchange program held at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University) from December 3 to 7.
The Department of Russian Language and Comparative Literature joined the program, which included theoretical lectures, practical workshops, and sessions on modern management methods, innovative educational technologies, and effective teaching models.
Participants discussed current challenges in managing educational institutions, teacher training, and new trends in language instruction and intercultural communication.
During the visit, the group also learned about the work of Moscow schools and observed supplementary education clubs in areas such as robotics, cooking, sewing, and nursing.
According to Venera Surkeyeva, the trip was an excellent opportunity to establish professional contacts, gain new experience, and master modern teaching methods.
