As part of the ERASMUS + DERECKA project, the summer school "Development of PhD system and scientific potential of Kyrgyzstan" started on August 9, the purpose is to train administrators of universities in the Kyrgyz Republic on PhD programs, improve their administrative and managerial competencies and increase the research potential of PhD students.
