OshSU Researchers Gain Free Access to Russian E-Libraries
Osh State University and the Russian company Lan signed a cooperation agreement on May 14. The document was signed by Rector Kudayberdi Kozhobekov and company director Alexander Nikiforov.
Within the framework of the “Sectoral Electronic Libraries Consortium” project, universities joining the consortium will receive free access to electronic library resources and modern scientific databases.
The partnership aims to expand access to educational and research materials, improve education quality, and support scientific development.
