Today, June 25, Osh State University summarized the activities of the Department of Quality Assurance and Methodological Support for the 2025–2026 academic year and held an award ceremony honoring lecturers and students who achieved outstanding results.
The event was attended by Rector Kudayberdi Kozhobekov, faculty members, and university staff. During the meeting, the rector praised the department’s achievements over the past year and congratulated the team for its contribution to enhancing the quality of education. Head of the Department of Quality Assurance and Methodological Support, Makhabat Bylkova, presented a report on the department’s activities during the 2025–2026 academic year.
The department annually organizes competitions such as “Modern Lecturer,” “Modern Teacher,” “Pedagogical Debut,” “Modern LMS Master,” “OshSU Modern Educational Publication,” and “OshSU Modern Electronic Educational and Methodological Complex” to improve the professional skills of academic staff and promote best practices. Winners and participants of these competitions were awarded certificates. Members of the expert panel who evaluated the competitions fairly and responsibly were also presented with letters of appreciation.
In addition, students who won first place in the university-wide Olympiad held during the 2025–2026 academic year, as well as the lecturers who prepared them, received letters of appreciation from the university administration.
The award ceremony was organized to support initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education, encourage the creative efforts of lecturers, and celebrate students’ achievements.
