Ryspai Abdykadyrov and Ayperi Kulbaeva Receive State Honors
In accordance with a decree signed by President Sadyr Japarov, the honorary distinction “Hero of Labour” was posthumously awarded to the renowned singer, performer, and composer Ryspai Abdykadyrov. The award was presented to his daughter, Syuita Ryspaeva, an employee of Osh State University.
In addition, Ayperi Kulbaeva, an honored graduate of Osh State University and an employee of the university’s Cultural and Aesthetic Center named after R. Abdykadyrov, as well as an actress and singer, was awarded the honorary title “Honored Artist.”
Kulbaeva graduated from the university’s Faculty of Arts in 2009 with a degree in Music Education. To further her professional education, she enrolled in the correspondence program at the K. Moldobasanov Kyrgyz National Conservatory in 2014 and graduated from the Department of Traditional Singing in 2017. In 2018, she completed a two-year program in Theatre and Film Acting at the studio of the Tunguch Youth Theatre.
Ayperi Kulbaeva also works as an actress at the Osh National Drama Theatre. Her creative work combines theatre, traditional singing, and performing arts, contributing to the development of Kyrgyz culture.
For reference: The Cultural and Aesthetic Center of Osh State University, named after Ryspai Abdykadyrov, was established in 2009. The center organizes cultural evenings, competitions, and festive events and carries out activities aimed at fostering young people’s interest in the arts.
