Olympiad for young translators of OshSU
On September 30 - Osh State University was held an Interuniversity Student Olympiad, devoted to the International Day of Translators and the 70th anniversary of the Faculty of World Languages and Culture.
Participants were 50 students from KNU, the International Innovative Technological University, Osh State Humanitarian-Pedagogical University, JASU, OshTU, KUU and OshSU. Students of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University took part online.
In the 1st round, students performed written translations of video materials and texts. In the second round, students made simultaneous interpreting.
