According to the order of the rector of Osh State University No. 303 dated March 9, 2020, in connection with changes in the staffing table and the abolition of the personnel department, a department for special and mobilization work was created, which is headed by Akkulova Begayym Kamalovna.

The department carries out its activities on the basis of the charter, orders and instructions of the rector of the university.

The department consists of a head, a chief specialist and a leading specialist.

Department of special and mobilization work

It collects information about graduates, transmits information to the ministry in electronic and printed format, sends quantitative orders for diplomas, having previously checked the compliance of the correction sheets with the order on awarding qualifications.
Diplomas received by the department are issued to graduates in accordance with established rules.
The department cooperates with the city, district military commissariats to maintain special documentation with military officers and students of the university.
