MEETING OF THE COORDINATING COUNCIL OF THE CIS NETWORK UNIVERSITY
A meeting of the Coordination Council of the CIS Network University (CIS SU) was held today. The Director of the Department of International Relations Abdygany Abduvaliev took part in it in an online format with his report on the results of the work done and prospects for further participation in the CIS SU.
On June 16, 2022, Osh State University signed a memorandum of accession to the Network University of Cooperation of Independent States in 3 areas "Economics" specialty "International Trade", "International Relations" specialty "World Politics" and "Tourism" specialty "Planning and Development of Tourism at the state level". During this time, curricula have been agreed upon and agreements have been signed on a joint educational program by the Peoples Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) and Novosibirsk State Agrarian University, in the field of Economics, specialty "International Trade". Students have already registered to study through Rossotrudnichestvo.
Due to the fact that OshSU joined the Consortium only last year, some students wishing to study under the SU CIS did not have time to register, so OshSU asked to extend the registration period under the SU CIS, to which the Vice-Rector for International Affairs of the RUDN Larisa Ivanovna Efremova replied that they would consider this issue.
Abdygany Abduvaliyev stressed that OshSU is open to cooperation with all participants of the Consortium.
