OshSU President`s meetings in China
Osh State University president Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov met with Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to China Aktilek Musayeva. The parties discussed issues of cooperation between Osh State University and Chinese universities. There were discussions about the opening of the Luban Institute at Osh State University and the training of specialists in the Chinese language.
The Ambassador highlighted the need in many industries, especially mining, logistics, economics, and legal spheres, for specialists with knowledge of the Chinese language. She expressed her readiness to provide all kinds of assistance in opening the Luban Institute at Osh State University and wished the university staff success in their work.
Along with this, OshSU president met with the Deputy of the International Chinese Language Foundation, Mr. Zhao Lingshan.
The parties exchanged views on the activities of the Confucius Institute at Osh State University and discussed upcoming work plans. Mr. Zhao Lingshan highly appreciated the work of the Confucius Institute and expressed gratitude for training translators and sinologists.
