Opening of the Hungarian Studies Center
Today, on July 12, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Shandor Dorogi visited Osh State University. Hungarian diplomat and Osh State University President Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov participated in the opening ceremony of the center of Hungarian studies at the Faculty of International Relations of the university.
The distinguished guest got acquainted with the faculty, met with the students and witnessed the students' performances with the Hungarian authors` works.
It should be noted that the Center for Hungarian Lamguage and Culture has operated at the Faculty of International Relations since March 2021 with assistance from the Hungarian Embassy.
The Center for Hungarian Studies will aid in strengthening the relations between two countries in the fields of science, education, and culture.
