Osh State University Successfully Completes “Ednet” Agency’s Accreditation Process

Osh State University completed its accreditation process conducted by the prestigious “Ednet” agency from April 22-25, 2024. The rigorous evaluation aimed to ensure the quality of education offered by the university.

Covering a wide range of programs, the accreditation included scrutiny of secondary vocational education, bachelor’s, specialist’s, master’s, and PhD programs. Specifically, programs in veterinary medicine, tourism, international relations, philological education, regional studies, software and information systems administration, biology, chemistry, law, mathematics, and healthcare were reviewed. The university underwent accreditation in 14 areas and 24 profiles. Notably, two programs in specialist’s (directing, applied geodesy) and three programs in secondary vocational education (applied informatics, maintenance of technical computing devices and computer networks, automated data processing systems and management) underwent re-accreditation.

The Accreditation and Licensing Sector of the university’s Strategic Planning Department spearheaded efforts to meet the rigorous standards set by the “Ednet” agency. Their dedication to enhancing the quality of education, research, and innovation ensured that the university successfully fulfilled all requirements of the accreditation process.
