On behalf of the Department of Normal and Topographic Anatomy with a Course in Constitutional Typology of Humans at Osh State University, we sincerely congratulate the President of the Russian Scientific Medical Society of Anatomists, Histologists, and Embryologists, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor D.B. Nikityuk on being awarded the honorary title "Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation," as decreed by the President of the Russian Federation on August 17, 2024, Decree No. 701.

D.B. Nikityuk has been a Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences since 2022 and a member of the Bureau of the Medical-Biological Sciences Section of the Department of Medical Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences since 2017. From 2014 to 2018, he served as Chairman of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission for Medical-Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Under his leadership, a system for assessing physical development and nutritional status was developed, based on a comprehensive anatomical-anthropometric analysis, body composition evaluation, and constitutional diagnostics, including genetic analysis methods. He also created a Map for the Anatomical-Anthropometric Assessment of Physical Development and Nutritional Status of the Population of Russia. D.B. Nikityuk's large-scale research has fundamental significance and real prospects for practical healthcare use. His achievements increase life expectancy and improve quality, create conditions for active longevity, and develop effective health-preserving technologies.

It is also worth noting that D.B. Nikityuk is an external leading specialist and an active consultant for the scientific research project of the Department of Normal and Topographic Anatomy with a Course in Constitutional Typology of Humans at Osh State University, titled "Assessment of the Physical Status of Children and Adults Considering Constitutional, Ethnic, Gender, and Age Factors in Contemporary Kyrgyzstan," at the level of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
