"OshSU-Aldier" Reserve Team Clinches Bronze in Kyrgyz Premier League
The reserve youth team of the football club "OshSU-Aldier" won the bronze medal in the Premier League of Kyrgyzstan. The university rector, Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, congratulated the team and wished them success in upcoming competitions.
The meeting was attended by the Executive Director of the Professional Football League of Kyrgyzstan, Kanat Asenov, the Chairman of the Football Association of Osh, Nursultan Kadyrbekov, coaches, and team members. During the meeting, the rector was presented with a letter of gratitude for his contribution to developing Kyrgyz football.
The head coach of "OshSU-Aldier," Aibek Sulaimanov, noted that the university supports students interested in sports in every possible way. He emphasised that OshSU establishes a professional football club by setting an example for other higher educational institutions.
The reserve team of "OshSU-Aldier" is participating in the Kyrgyzstan Cup. In their first match, the university team defeated the "Neftchi" team from Kochkor-Ata with a score of 3-2. On September 5, the team will face "Alaï" in their next match.
The main team's games will begin on September 19 in the third round of the Premier League of Kyrgyzstan.
