Osh State University Faculty Members Participate in Internship at Hamburg University on Environmental Sustainability and Digitalization

Abdygany Abduvaliev, Associate Professor of Applied Informatics and Information Security, Abdymanap Abdykaarov, Associate Professor of Zoology, Ecology, and Bioengineering, and Semetey Amiraliyev, Director of the International Language Center, participated in an internship at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany.

During the event, a presentation was made about the work being conducted at Osh State University in the areas of environmental sustainability and digitalization, as well as discussions on cooperation with foreign educational institutions. The participants witnessed the work of Hamburg University in generating electricity from solar and wind energy. Additionally, the OshSU faculty explained how solar panels are installed on the roofs of academic buildings.

This training was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Green and Digital Universities for Sustainable Development in Kyrgyzstan." The work being carried out at OshSU was recognized as "the best."

The GREEN.KG project aims to develop environmental, digital, social, and economic initiatives.
