Public Servants Enhance Their Qualifications at OshSU

Following an order from President Sadyr Japarov, state and municipal employees across the country are undergoing training to improve their qualifications. Jusup Abdrakhmanov Public Administration Academy has been tasked with training and retraining more than 8,000 employees nationwide.

As part of this initiative, Academy representatives visited Osh State University on February 7 for an official meeting. During the visit, the university’s rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov met with the guests to discuss the collaboration, resulting in an extension of the partnership agreement for another year.

Under this agreement, over 1,400 public and municipal servants in the southern region will receive training. Previously, faculty members from the Institute of Economics, Business, and Management had already provided training and retraining for approximately 500 public employees. These efforts aim to support regional development by engaging skilled professionals in economic and social initiatives.
