OshSU Students Win First Place in National Immunology Olympiad
The MicroAvengers team from the Faculty of International Medicine at Osh State University secured first place in the Republican Student Olympiad in Immunology, held in honor of World Immunity Day.
Salymbekov University claimed second place, while the team from Jalal-Abad State University finished in third.
The competition took place on March 1 at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, bringing together eight teams from various medical universities across the country. Participants engaged in both theoretical and practical challenges, enhancing their expertise in immunology, biology, and medicine.
World Immunity Day has been observed annually on March 1 since 2002.
