Osh State University and Lin-Gan Medical Equipment Research Center Sign Memorandum of Cooperation

On April 18, a delegation from the Lin-Gan Medical Equipment Research Center in Shanghai, led by Professor Tan Zhuisho, visited Osh State University and met with a team headed by Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov.

During the meeting, the guests were introduced to the university’s achievements, particularly in medical education and clinical practice. Both parties discussed the university’s progress in the medical field and exchanged proposals for future collaboration, especially concerning the newly constructed medical clinic.

Representatives from the Lin-Gan Center shared information about their institution’s activities and expressed interest in cooperating to equip the university’s clinics with state-of-the-art medical technology. Discussions also covered joint efforts in enhancing doctors' professional skills and conducting scientific research. The meeting concluded with the signing of a memorandum of mutual cooperation.

Later in the day, the delegation toured the Ak-Buura campus, where they explored the educational infrastructure, training laboratories, and the Faculties of Medicine and International Medicine. They also took part in the official opening of the new “Intensive Care” and “X-ray Endovascular Surgery” units at the university clinic.

The Lin-Gan Medical Equipment Research Center focuses on developing innovative medical technologies, promoting their use, and fostering international collaboration in the field of healthcare.
