Supervisory Board Reviews Key Development and Financial Initiatives at Osh State University

The latest meeting of the Supervisory Board took place on June 16, with participation from Chairman Baltagul Nurunbetov, board members, Osh State University Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov, and relevant specialists.

The meeting agenda included four key items:

  • Reviewing the allocation of funds for the transfer of a 68,350 square meter land plot located at 99 A. Mamyrov Street—formerly a used car parts market—to Osh State University, as well as the development of facilities in Osh city to support athletics training;
  • Reviewing the proposed regulations for the “Center for the Study of Socio-Economic Problems of Osh State University,” operating under the Institute of Economics, Business, and Management;
  • Reviewing the tuition and service fee schedule for the 2025-2026 academic year at Osh State University;
  • Reviewing the pricing for paid services offered by Osh State University’s “Umut” boarding house.

All agenda items were discussed and appropriate decisions were made. Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov also presented the university’s recent achievements and outlined plans for future development.
