Students of the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication at Osh State University organized a meeting with mothers working at the municipal enterprise “Osh-Tazalyk.”
During the event, the students presented small gifts and expressed sincere words of appreciation for the guests’ everyday work. They noted that although the efforts of these workers often go unnoticed, it is thanks to their daily contribution that the city remains clean and well-maintained.
“We wanted to show that their work is valuable and meaningful. Caring for the city begins with caring for the people who keep it in order,” the students emphasized.
The purpose of the event was to draw attention to the importance of socially significant labor and to foster respect and empathy among young people toward the older generation.
The event was organized by Aisana Samieva, a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy, Art and Journalism. She noted that such initiatives help students develop social responsibility, compassion, and respect.
