OshSU Medical Clinic Performs Two Kidney Transplants in Two Days
Osh State University Medical Clinic successfully performed two kidney transplant surgeries within two days. This time, the complex procedures were carried out by the clinic’s own specialists without the assistance of Russian mentor doctors.
The surgeries were performed by a medical team led by Beksultan Seyitbek uulu, Head of the Clinic’s Transplantology Department, and surgeons Kakhraman Kalybaev and Arstan Nazar mamatov.
One patient came from Uzgen District and the other from Aksy District. Both received kidney donations from their relatives.
Osh State University Medical Clinic continues to develop its organ transplantation services and expand its capacity to provide advanced medical care to the population.
