Students at the event of HORECA SUMMIT 2022 OSH
On May 20, the tourism-oriented event HORECA SUMMIT 2022 OSH was held in Osh. It was attended by students of the Integration of Turkic-speaking countries Department, High School of International Programs of Osh State University.
Speakers at the forum shared information on the implementation of the restaurant from idea to implementation, risk management in the hotel business, coffee varieties, suppliers, work with baristas, equipment, systematization of hotel operations and control algorithms.
