What an applicant ought to do if:

1. The applicant’s certificate has mistakes in the applicant's surname, first name, or patronymic.

Reason: The school failed to complete Annex 6 (correcting errors in the surname, name, patronymic of applicants) and/or submit it to the TsOOMO (Center for Assessment in Education and Teaching Methods) office.

Solution: To correct the error, the certificate’s owner must bring the original certificate to the TsOOMO office (send by mail if you are in the regions), along with a copy of their passport (or birth certificate if they are under 16), a copy of their payment receipt for 130 soms (for a certificate form) from RSK Bank, and an application. [1]

2. The applicant changed his surname (first name) after registering for the test, so the personal information now differs from what is listed on the certificate.

Solution: To replace the certificate, bring to the TsOOMO office (send by mail if you are in the region) the original certificate, a copy of the certificate of change of surname, a copy of the passport (or birth certificate for persons under 16 years of age), a copy of the payment receipt from RSK Bank for 130 soms (per certificate form), application.

3. The applicant’s certificate does not contain the results of subject tests.

Reason: Applicant incorrectly filled in his registration number on the answer sheet during the subject test.

Decision: After checking the filling in of the registration number and its signature on the answer sheet, a decision is made to replace the certificate. The applicant must bring to the TsOOMO office (send by mail if located in the region) the original certificate, a copy of the passport, a copy of the receipt for payment of 130 soms in RSK Bank and an application.

4. The applicant’s certificate includes the outcomes of a test he/she didn’t take.

Reason: Another applicant mistakenly painted over your registration number in the answer sheet instead of his registration number. This test cannot be used as it will not be validated by TsOOMO.

Solution: This certificate needs to be replaced. The applicant must bring to the TsOOMO office (send by mail if located in the region) the original certificate, a copy of the passport and an application.

5. Applicant’s certificate of the wrong color (red for schools in Bishkek, yellow for rural schools, blue for schools in small towns, purple for schools in highlands).

Reason: During registration, the school code was not specified or incorrectly specified.

Solution: The applicant must bring to the office of TsOOMO (send by mail if located in the region) the original certificate, a copy of the passport, a copy of the certificate and an application.

6. The applicant registered during the additional registration and does not know where to get the certificate.

Solution: Applicants who registered during additional registration receive their certificate in the district or city department of education, which includes the school where additional registration took place.[2]

7. Applicant lost the certificate

Solution: Advertise the loss of the certificate in the media (indicate the name, surname, patronymic, year of issue of the certificate, if possible, the number of the certificate, and indicate that this certificate is invalid), provide a receipt confirming the submission of the announcement, pay 130 soms to the RSK Bank for form of a new certificate and provide a copy of the receipt and application (send all these documents by mail if located in the region).

IMPORTANT NOTE: After this procedure, the old certificate and its coupons become invalid!
