Acceptance of documents for ethnic Kyrgyz living abroad to attend universities has been extended until September 2, 2022

75 quotas were allotted for the 2022–2023 academic year for the education of ethnic Kyrgyz living abroad in Kyrgyz universities, as per the President of the Kyrgyz Republic's Decree "On Measures to Provide Support in Matters of Education and National Culture to Compatriots Living in Foreign Countries".

Participants in the competition may be ethnic Kyrgyz who are residents of the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, or the Republic of Turkey.

Candidates must register in the ministry year's online system, upload the appropriate papers, and complete the online form fields by September 2, 2022, at 23:59 in order to compete.
