A two-day training for directors of general education organizations in Osh has kicked off

Today, April 27, a two-day workshop titled "Effective management in education" for directors of general education organizations in the Osh region kicked off in the building of the President's authorized representative office. The seminar is being attended by about 600 school principals from the general educational institutions in Osh city and the Osh region.

"Two schools in the same village may perform differently and have distinct indicators. For instance, one of them scored quite well on the GRT while the other has low score. All schools receive equal state funding, supplies, and salaries. However, there are differences between the school's scores. The school director is the leader of education. The principal of a school today can make investments in the school without independently of anyone. A good director should creat a good team, use new technologies and Internet resources, and work from a new perspective"-, said the minister.

During the training, presentations are made on such topics as "The main qualities of a school director that contribute to effective management", "Regulation of labor rights in the education system", "Methods and funds of the management of general educational organizations", "Preparation for the International PISA program and the National Program of Education", " Preparation for the General Republican Test (GRT)", "How to write a project to attract investment to the school".
