Osh State University takes the lead in overseeing seven primary and secondary educational institutions across the country, providing comprehensive support. These institutions include Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship School-Lyceum No. 52 in Osh, “Bilim” Lyceum, “Zirek” Primary Educational Institution, Innovative School-Gymnasium Complex No. 87 named after S. Alaichy in Osh region, “Nookat” Gymnasium, Ak Suu Secondary School, and the Secondary School named after Baitik Kanai uulu in Chui region.
Starting from January 2024, OshSU will organize training courses for teachers from these primary and secondary educational institutions. The courses will be held on the university premises, providing an opportunity for teachers to familiarize themselves with the lyceums and gymnasiums of OshSU, exchange experiences, and facilitate teacher mobility between these educational institutions.
To discuss these initiatives, a meeting was convened with the directors of the aforementioned educational institutions, which was attended by Chyngyzbek Mamajakyp uulu, the director of the university’s Department of Secondary Vocational Education.
The meeting focused on collaboration with the educational institutions, enhancing teachers’ qualifications, exchanging experiences, and preparing pupils for ORT tests. A roadmap for future collaboration was outlined, and various implementation models were proposed.
These endeavors align with the Ministry of Education and Science’s directive to enhance the capabilities of general education schools under the guidance of universities with special status. The goal is to improve training outcomes through close partnerships with higher education institutions.
