Organization of independent activities of students on the basis of AEM
The Department of Pedagogy of Osh State University held a teaching-methodical seminar The Intellectual Labor Culture at the Faculty of World Languages and Cultures.
The seminar was conducted by Gapyr Madaminov, an Honored Teacher of the Kyrgyz Republic, Director of Experimental Gymnasium No. 3 in Leylek, and founder of Mother's School. He shared information on new methods of education and the upbringing of students, human values, and the role of parents and teachers in the child's education. Participants got information by getting answers to the questions they were interested in.
25 years ago, Gapyr Madaminov built a unique school with his own initiative in Leilek, bordering Tajikistan. Additionally, he developed his own author's lessons and began to teach pupils with a unique method.
Based on this method, students of experimental gymnasium No. 3 have won prizes in the republican Olympiad and have been competing with private schools in Bishkek. Some graduates of the gymnasium continue their education and work in different countries of the world, such as the USA, Japan, and Turkey, while another part receives free education at the medical academy and pursues an honorable profession.
