Traveling exhibition of paintings starts at OshSU

The paintings competition's results, which were organized as part of the month-long “OshSU for a healthy lifestyle” campaign, have been compiled.

The award ceremony for the competition's winners was attended by OshSU's rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov and vice-rector for work with the student community Zhyldyz Artykova.

"We tallied the outcomes of the paintings competition that the prize fund totaled 30,000 soms. More than 100 works were received in total. The students' enthusiastic participation impressed us. All of the university's faculties and colleges will host exhibitions of these paintings.

According to Vice-Rector Zhyldyz Artykova, competition initiators’ mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage young people to participate in sports. Such sports contests and cultural activities take place throughout the month.

As a result of the exhibition, Mansur Kyzy Nuria won the first place, Zhyrgalbay Kyzy Aigerim and Akylbek Kyzy Kunduz took the second place and Roza Bazarbayeva and Aizirek Muratova became the third. Diplomas and cash prizes were given to the winners. Additionally, 11 more students also received cash prizes.
