Rector visits the patient, who underwent the first ever surgery in OshSU clinic
Today, on January 28, Osh State University Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov visited a patient who had undergone surgery the day before in the clinic’s new surgery department. On January 26, the chairman of the department of surgery, oncologist Zhanek Belekov, and endoscopist, oncologist, surgeon Omurbek Alishev operated on a patient who had stomach cancer. The patient is being closely watched by medical professionals, his condition is stable, and he is being assisted in walking by family members.
Inquiring about the patient’s condition and wishing him a rapid recovery, Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov visited the patient. The patient thanked the rector of the university and the clinic’s medical staff.
The surgery department will execute all types of operations using modern equipment. A cutting-edge 4-1 laparoscopy manufactured ın 2022 will be delivered to the clinic in February, allowing for the performance of procedures in urology, abdominal surgery, liver surgery, and other fields.
