The Kyrgyz Language, Literature and Culture Center opens at Tashkent State University

It is planned to establish a center of Kyrgyz language, literature and culture at Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature, and a center of Uzbek language, literature and culture at OshSU.

This event takes place as part of coordinated celebrations for the 30th anniversary of the start of diplomatic ties between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In this regard, a video conference was conducted with the participation of  Nozliya Normurodova, vice-rector for international cooperation of Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature, Abdygany Abduvaliyev, director of the International Relations Department of OshSU, Nurmamat Turganbayev, dean of the Faculty of Kyrgyz Philology and Journalism, and Akibathon Ismanova, a teacher of Uzbek language and literature.

The parties noted that the opening of the centers plays a big role in the development of cooperation between the brotherly countries. The opening ceremony is set for this year, and a draft agreement regarding the centers' opening will be created soon.
