The First Stage of the Personnel Reserve Competition Has Been Concluded
During the initial stage of subject-specific evaluations for the recruitment of applicants to fill vacant positions at Osh State University, a total of 216 individuals participated. Among them, 139 candidates achieved a score surpassing the 70-point threshold on the examination, while 67 candidates scored below this benchmark.
Those applicants who have scored above 70 points will now proceed to undergo assessments in both pedagogy and psychology. The competition for Osh State University's personnel reserve has been ongoing since 2019, overseen by the Academic Council.
The overarching aim of this competition is to enhance the quality of the university’s faculty by attracting seasoned professionals and fostering a dynamic and creative academic environment.
