Strengthening International Collaborations: Osh State University and Gwangju University Formalize Comprehensive Partnership

A collaborative agreement was recently formalized between Osh State University and Gwangju University in South Korea. The signing ceremony transpired at Gwangju University and was attended by key representatives, including Kursantbek Attokurov, Vice-Rector for External Relations at Osh State University, Dilmurat Tursunov, Director of the Higher School of International Programs, Damira Akmatova, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of HSIP, and Kulsara Sultanov, Head of the Accreditation and Licensing Section of the university.

This comprehensive agreement includes encompassing academic mobility, faculty exchange, conducting guest lectures and masterclasses, execution of scientific and international projects, and the development of joint double-degree educational programs.

During the working trip to South Korean universities, the Osh State University delegation also visited Pusan University, engaging with Osh State University students pursuing regional studies as part of an academic mobility program.

This working trip to South Korean universities takes place from January 21 to 27, 2024 at the initiative of the leadership of the Higher School of International Programs at Osh State University to develop international relations.
