In the aftermath of the second stage of Osh State University’s cadre reserve competition, 118 candidates out of the 170 participants have effectively passed subject-based testing in pedagogy and psychology, achieving scores of 70 or higher.

The next phase involves those candidates who have successfully navigated all tests, now engaging in teaching sessions to show their pedagogical abilities and skills. The monitoring of this process will be conducted by specialists from the university’s Department of Education Quality and Methodological Support. The most deserving candidates who meet the requirements will subsequently be hired.

Osh State University has been organizing cadre reserve competitions to fill vacant positions since 2019. 90% of candidates who progress through the various stages of the competition secure employment.
