Head of the Department of Pedagogical Practice Adylbek Batyraliev talked about the department works
The school emphasizes the need of preparing students to handle modern technology with ease and to make extensive use of IT and educational technology advancements in their work. Students should be able to use computers, projectors, and interactive whiteboards. Informatics is currently taught in the first year, and skills are easily forgotten. In light of this, we present the management with our recommendations.
I suggest management show an interest in students’ coursework. There are numerous lecturers here who teach in a practical way. Some of them have excellent practical skills, but they teach theoretically. We are suggesting that lecturers visit the school personally to conduct practical lessons.
It would also be beneficial if managers could attend and observe the practice in addition to teachers. The heads of faculties and colleges should go to schools and see for them the product they are producing. Maralbek Uskonbayev, the former dean of the Faculty of Physics and Technology, used to visit a lot. Before the school opened, he would go and get information from each of them. We can now see only the director of the IPC Oljobay Shaimkulov at the school. If other managers had the same thing, that would be beneficial.
The department of pedagogical practice is now addressing issues related to the preparation of future teachers and has agreements on pedagogical collaboration with the heads of the educational departments of Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken as well as 105 schools.
