Osh State University alumnus Kurmanbek Alybaev was awarded with the title of “Honorary Professor of Osh State University”. He is also a professor, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, correspondent member of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic, and professor at ZhASU. Osh State University faculty and students participated in the ceremony to present the honorary title.

"As a graduate of our university, we are always proud of you. Here, you took your first steps into science. You always keep a close link with the university and actively participate as an alumnus of Osh State University. As a great scientist, you make a significant contribution to the development of the country's science and the training of scientific personnel"-, said Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov.

"Today i am very excited. It is a huge honor for me to be given this prestigious honorary title as a graduate of this university. This title is higher than all my previous awards. I will make an effort to justify the trust. I will interact with students, give guest lectures, and contribute to the growth of Osh State University”-, said Kurmanbek Alybaev.

Professor Kurmanbek Alybaev is the author more than 200 scientific papers and 50 textbooks. He is the supervisor of one doctor of sciences and three candidates of sciences.
