Evaluation of the lecturers’ courses
Colleges and faculties engaged 222 lecturers for the 2022–2023 academic year. Previously, all recruited specialists passed a competitive selection within the framework of the university's personnel reserve.There were two stages to the selecting process. Candidates passed subject tests in the first round and pedagogy and psychology assessments in the second round.
Open courses were the next step in the recruitment process. As a consequence, the candidates held open courses with the education quality department
“Courses often meet our requirements since lecturers have expertise leading open courses and possess a particular set of methodological abilities. In addition to course evaluation, we also offer the required methodological support. We gave some lecturers 3-6 month probationary periods”-, said Mahabat Bylykova, an employee of Osh State University's education quality department.
